Customers have the option to apply for themselves directly through the State Department website. The fee for our services does not include any government application, filing or photo fees.
Refund Policy

Understanding that plans can change, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you decide to cancel our services within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. This policy applies unless your application has been manifested.
1. Requesting a Refund
Should you need to request a refund, it's straightforward. Simply log into the client portal and click the “Invoice” button, and then click the “Request Refund” button. Or you can chat with us, call us, or email support@hellogov.com to request a refund. We assess each situation individually, always aiming to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to rectify any issues and stand by our commitment to serve you effectively.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Conditions for Multiple Services:
- Within 7 Days from Purchase – Not Manifested: Full refund of fees paid.
- After 7 Days from Purchase or Manifested: No right to a refund. However, even in such circumstances you may request a refund by sending an email to support@hellogov.com detailing the reason for the requested refund. HelloGov’s management will consider such requests in good faith and HelloGov may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund in response to such requests.

3.1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all services offered by HelloGov AI, LLC, including passport processing, travel visa applications, DMV title & registration, and immigration services.
3.2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel our services within 7 days of purchase, as long as your application for any service has not been manifested.
3.3. Understanding “Manifested”
An application is deemed “manifested” once we have reserved a processing spot and provided a shipping label for it. This status indicates that a courier has been arranged to deliver your documents to the relevant authority. Once an application is manifested, the resources and arrangements committed on your behalf prevent us from issuing a refund.
